5. Brand Usage

Franchisees are granted limited rights to use the Yumm Momo brand, logo, and trademarks solely for the operation of their franchise outlet as per the agreement terms.

6. Quality Standards

All franchisees must adhere to Yumm Momo quality standards, recipes, and operational procedures. Regular quality audits may be conducted to ensure compliance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the franchise agreement as per the terms specified in the Franchise Agreement. Violation of terms may result in immediate termination.
